Air Force Mechanical Corp. was founded in 1987 by Kevin Kossi on a single principle: the quality of the work is the only thing that matters. Not company size. Not project volume. Only the standard, applied to every system.
In 2000, Vitek Liszewski joined as a partner, expanding the company’s technical capabilities and installation division. Together, they have built a firm known for precision, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
Our client base has been built entirely through referral — one successful project leading to the next.
Since day one, Air Force Mechanical has engineered and installed precision climate control for New York City’s most demanding environments — Gagosian Gallery, Chelsea Piers, luxury residences, and mission-critical commercial spaces. In these environments, climate control is not a convenience. It is a requirement. Temperature, humidity, and system stability are engineered, maintained, and held to specification at all times.
